Brought my car for an inspection the owner didn’t even have my car in the bay for a minute and backed it out and pulled it out front and walked in the lobby and said he wouldn’t inspect it. Most rude way I’ve been denied for an inspection didn’t quote me on any work when he had the tools sitting in the shop and people to do it. Worst shop experience I’ve ever had

After stopping at 3 other tireplaces minutes before coming to Leo's, I had a tire on my truck that I was towing flat, I just needed the swap one from the front to the back, so I could continue towing it took <3 minutes to do the job, put those other three companies call Ann in be bothered. The owner had his guy take care of it made money. We both happy and it didn't take more than 3 minutes of his day. That's how you run a business. Thank you. So that's the difference between small business and managers at corporations like Firestone, and I paid him double what he asked for the courtesy that he showed me highly recommended

I needed a new alternator and battery. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Service was great and staff was very friendly. They actually told me i did not need a battery at this. I appreciate their honesty and great service. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
